Description

Absinthe comes from Val-de-Travers. Since the 18th century, the “Green Fairy” has been made the old fashioned way in the valley. The herbs are harvested and dried by hand. Philippe Martin works in his own house in Boveresse like his father Francis did. The latter was a famous smuggler during the prohibition.
