Description

The old Wine Guild, generally known as the organiser of the "Fêtes des Vignerons", reveals its activities, its history and centuries-old traditions in this unique setting.
The Wine Guild, with its ancient roots, is a mysterious organisation with its headquarters on the first floor of the 16th-century Castle of Vevey, which it also owns.

The guild is primarily known for being the organiser of the "Fêtes des Vignerons", a spectacular wine festival celebrated every 25 years with the aim of supporting and promoting the wine industry.

Inside the museum next to the assembly hall of the Wine Guild council and in a place accessible to visitors, there is a display of costumes, engravings, and numerous articles linked to earlier festivals.
