Description

The Gütsch-Express, which was opened in 2017, takes just eight minutes to reach its destination. The monocable circulating ropeway not only offers picturesque views but is also able to transport 2,400 people per hour from Andermatt to the Gütsch.
The eight-person Gütsch-Express cable car takes passengers up to the Gütsch at 2376m a.s.l., passing the Nätschen middle station on the way. This is the starting point for amazing high-altitude hikes. And if you get hungry on the way, you can find local specialities in “Gütsch by Markus Neff” or Japanese delicacies in “The Japanese by The Chedi Andermatt”, our gourmet restaurants situated on the peak.
